Motorists can now check their traffic violations under the No-Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) online.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) recently launched its “May Huli Ka 2.0” website, allowing vehicle owners to conveniently check for NCAP violations by simply entering their plate or conduction sticker number, along with their motor vehicle (MV) file number.

Unlike the previous version, “May Huli Ka 2.0” now requires the MV file number as an added layer of security, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access a vehicle’s violation records.
“This system raised data privacy concerns, prompting the need for more secure and authenticated access,” MMDA Chairman Atty. Don Artes said.
The website also provides steps to take if you have a violation, including the payment process, where to settle fines, and how to contest or appeal the apprehension.
Several enhancements and additional features are expected for future rollout, including access to detailed violation information (such as photo and video evidence, date and time, type of violation, corresponding fines, and settlement locations); real-time SMS and email notifications upon account creation for any newly recorded violations; the ability for users with multiple vehicles or fleets to enroll all their registered units under a single account; an online process for contesting violations and viewing hearing schedules; and online payment integration.
The MMDA is also set to launch a real-time notification system that will include SMS and email alerts, as well as online access to violation details. The NCAP resumed on May 26 after the temporary restraining order (TRO) against it was partially lifted.
