The World Youth Congress is a 3-day event celebrated annually by MFC Youth as a year-starter mark for them.
Amidst the pandemic, Missionary Families of Christ – Youth is set to have its Virtual World Youth Congress on July 31 to August 2, 2020 which will be shown through our social media platforms (facebook and youtube). The WYC is expected to be attended by more than sixteen thousand youth members from the different regions of the Philippines as well as from other countries like Thailand, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Cambodia, India, countries in Europe and USA for a weekend of inspirational sessions, activity workshops, and showcasing of God-given talents.
On its 13th year of celebrating unending graces and countless victories, VWYC 2020 will feature the new generation of MFC Youth that will share and impart the vision of the community to make all youth know Christ.
This year, the WYC 2020 is entitled as Built Strong: Set Solidly on Rock, with the carrying verse “It had been set solidly on rock” (Mt. 7:25). This year will be a year of experiencing the greatness of the Lord even we are struggling during this pandemic. Though struggles and hardship the mission will never stop.
We will strive for Holiness.
We will endure every affliction that we encounter.
We will go further in mission.
All because we are Built Strong.
