Miss Universe Clarifies Best in National Costume Awardee

After all the confusion of who really won the Best in National Costume Awardee, the Miss Universe Organization clarified that the Philippines bet Gazini Ganados really won the award.

Wearing a Cary Santiago creation, the 23-year old is the Philippines’ representative to the much awaited Miss Universe 2019. After the win of Pia Wurtzbach in 2015 and Catriona Gray in 2018, Filipinos were hungry for the country to get another crown.
