We all know what happened to the recent Miss Universe pageant, to Miss Colombia, and to Miss Philippines.
For those who still haven’t heard about the news, Miss Universe 2015’s host Steve Harvey made a mistake in calling this year’s final two winners. He initially announced Miss Colombia as this year’s Miss Universe and Miss Philippines as first runner-up just to correct it a few minutes after. Thus, our very own Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is crowned Miss Universe and Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez is the first runner-up.
To poke fun on this, the People’s Choice Awards did a parody where they initially announced The Odd Couple’s Thomas Lennon as the winner just to correct a few minutes later to Miss Colombia.
