Metro Fiesta is the annual Regional Trade Fair (RTF) of the Department of Trade and Industry – National Capital Regional Office (DTI-NCRO) started in 2017, and has been ongoing ever since.
It is the major and culminating component of the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Next Gen Program, a platform where the best and finest crafts in the processed food, wearable, and home décor sectors from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Metro Manila are featured. This year, the “Metro Fiesta: Paskong Pinoy 2021” will adapt the hybrid concept of a trade fair to combine the excitement of a physical event and the flexibility of a digital or virtual event, which will also allow the participation of exhibitors and visitors who could not join physically. With the help of our event partner, UnionBank GlobalLinker, we created a website where our local MSMEs are onboarded.
The event shall provide market opportunities and showcase the products of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from the country’s premier region under the following sectors: processed food, wearables, health and wellness, home and holiday decors.
ONLINE FAIR:
DTI-NCRO started its first ever virtual fair in 2020 in response to the pandemic and has continued it this year to support MSMEs and buyers who are not yet ready to participate in the physical fair. This aims to promote and further expand the market of new and existing MSMEs in the region amidst the ongoing health crisis.

PHYSICAL FAIR:
With the easing of health protocols and to tap customers who prefer a personal shopping experience, DTI-NCRO has partnered with Glorietta and Ayala Malls to conduct the 5-Day Physical Trade Fair. Shoppers can personally see and buy products from participating exhibitors while celebrating the Christmas spirit brought by the venue.
