It’s time to diet another day, Makati folks, โcause Mercato Centrale is now open at Glorietta 4!
From the people who brought you Cucina Adare, the first food truck market in the Philippines and Midnight Mercato @ BGC comes Mercato Centrale, a smorgasbord of good food located at Dolphin Park, Glorietta 4 (across Ascott Hotel), Ayala Malls Makati!
The Mercato Centrale group, the premier night food market experience, brings together another great selection of well-curated street food-inspired vendors in one convenient location.
Mercato, a pioneer in the food industry for being consistent in promoting good food at affordable prices, offers cuisine, such as raclette cheese, beef wagyu cubes, sushi bars, lechon belly, Indian tikka, dessert milkshakes, Vietnamese noodle dishes, Greek street food, Bak Kut Teh (popular Singaporean pork rib soup), will surely please newcomers, casual customers and perennial foodies alike.
We got to try the following offerings:
Ms. Moo Milkshakes is mixing sweet concoctions just for you!
On top of the great street food at Mercato, you can also enjoy artisanal cocktails from the pop-up bar of DrinkManila.com, the country’s first online drink destination, as well as live musical performances from local indie artists. The DrinkManila Pop-Up Bar serves cocktails for the whole gang to bond over alongside the good food available at Mercato.
Japanese food such as takoyaki and sushi are also present at Mercato Centrale.
New members of the family, catchย The Burgery – The Bad Boys of Burger.
Lechon belly, anyone?
Cuisiniers at their best when serving some grilled pork goodness.
Italian cuisine from Cibo Philippines’ injects international cuisine into Mercato Centrale.
People may go here โcause of the convenience or maybe just to try what it offers, but theyโd stay because of the experience, being immersed in whatโs new in the food community. It’s no wonder why Mercato Centrale was the only food market in the Philippines mentioned in the World Atlas of Street Food published in 2017!
And let’s not forget our own street food, making its way to our tummies.
Paying is easier than ever, as well, as Mercato has partnered with GlobeMyBusiness by using GCash. This means customers can pay with their phones instead of fumbling for loose cash in their purses and wallets. Talk about customer service!
With the end of the semesters coming up, malls are sure to be packed to the brim with college peeps wanting to ease in the semestral break. Luckily, we have Mercato Centrale.
If you have an interesting, innovative and great-tasting food concept, feel free to apply as a Mercato Centrale food vendor by scheduling a taste test through inquiry@mercato-centrale.com or 09171605635
