LOOK: This Fidget Toy Was Made to Feel Like a Mini Mechanical Keyboard!

I may be one of the very few who have been spared (so far) by the mechanical keyboard trend that has overtaken home workspaces all across the Metro. That is to say that I don’t own one and I don’t plan on buying one anytime soon. But I have to admit that I’m quite curious about what makes these “mech keebs” so appealing to so many people.

Is it the feel of the keys or the sound of the thocks and clacks? I wanted to experience for myself the euphoria that people get when using their keyboards without needing to spend a ton of money on one. And almost instantly, I found the answer online—while browsing Shopee, no less!

I found a fidget toy that’s made to look, sound, and feel like a mechanical keyboard! This fidget toy provides the same enjoyment of a regular sized keeb, only that it can fit in your pocket. The body itself is 3D printed and you can choose how small or big you want it to be according to how many switches you want it to have. You can get one that just has a solo switch, two, three, four in one line, four in arrow key positions, or in cube form.

The great thing about this item is that it’s completely customizable. You can choose which switches you want to use and what keycaps you want to put in, especially if you have extra artisan ones lying around.

It also has a nifty keychain so you can easily attach it to your bag or belt loop!

I currently own one and I guarantee you that my curiosity about mechanical keyboards has been satisfied. Now, whenever I’m bored or anxious or stressed, I reach for this fidget toy and am soothed by the tactile experience and clacks. I believe that even if you already own a mechanical keyboard, this is still a pretty cool thing to have. After all, it’ll be like taking your mech keeb with you without actually bringing it with you!

Check it out here!

Note: listing does not include switches and keycaps.
