From its conception, the Mechanical Engineering Society has tirelessly worked towards creating a Philippines for everyone. Our organization has strived to produce competent and empathetic students which commit to overall development without sacrificing the integrity of others. This year, we hope to continue this tradition through our biggest event of the year, MES Week.
With more than 41 years of experience, the Mechanical Engineering Society understands that individuals have different specializations and intelligence which cause both disparity and creativity, and often, students get lost in the process of figuring themselves out. Hence, from June 25 to June 30, 2018, the organization intends to bridge people and their passions by broadening horizons. Through this, students become active individuals openly seeking an opportunity to make the country a better place for everyone.
This year’s edition of MES Week will be an array of activities, specifically plant tours, an internship fair, different technical workshops and a party. These activities aim to engage the peers of the organization in different fields in Mechanical Engineering and to a diverse set of possible corporate partners as well. Finally, we hope that this year’s MES Week will bring its organization’s peers to a broader understanding of themselves and others.
