Marissa Saroca of the Voice Performs in Good Earth Roasts the Fort

Good Earth Roasts the Fort with Marissa Saroca of the Voice

When in Manila and a huge fan of Marissa Saroca from the Voice Philippines, drop by Good Earth Roasts in the Fort Strip every Tuesday night for their weekly Band Nights, which starts at 8pm. Last Tuesday, not only did I enjoy a delicious dinner there, but I also got the chance to watch Marissa Saroca perform live.

Aside from being a night spot, Good Earth Roasts in the Fort is a casual bar and restaurant that serves contemporary Asian cuisine. It’s a chill place to hang out with friends after work. The place isn’t your usual fancy club that requires wearing a certain dress code, either. You can easily grab a bottle of beer or a cocktail drink, have a seat in their cozy sofas, and just watch the live band perform. Despite being known as a night spot, their fusion of dishes priced within reason are great for lunch outs with colleagues, as well.

Out of all of the dishes that I’ve tried there, I really liked the Century Egg and Jelly Fish the most. It’s usually a staple order of mine whenever I’m in Asian restaurants. The one in Good Earth Roasts was so scrumptious, you’ll be encouraged to order another plate.

And because of their growing crowd, Good Earth Roasts in the Fort will be expanding very soon! So watch out for it When in Manila!
