Maris Racal surprised fans and followers with the release of her new song!

On January 16, Maris shared across her social media accounts that she will be dropping a new song titled “Perpektong Tao.”
“Writing this song healed me in ways I never thought possible,” she wrote.
The 27-year-old actress also revealed the inspiration behind the new song, hoping that the song would bring comfort to her listeners.
“It was born from a journey through pain, regret, and the courage to seek forgiveness, a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we can find light. I’m sharing this with the world, hoping it resonates with those who need it most,” she shared.
In December 2024, the Filipina actress was involved in a controversy with Anthony Jennings. Days after the issue went viral on social media, she broke her silence and shared her side of the story.
Maris is a household name in the entertainment industry, best known for her acting appearances in Can’t Buy Me Love, Marupok AF (Where Is The Lie?), Sunshine, and And the Breadwinner Is. She will join fellow industry giants like Richard Gutierrez, Ian Veneracion, Daniel Padilla, and Baron Geisler in the highly anticipated action series Incognito, premiering on Netflix on January 17, 2025.
Apart from her stellar acting roles, she is also a singer. She has released tracks such as “Ate Sandali,” “Abot Langit,” and “Ikaw Lang Sapat Na.”
