Former costars Maris Racal and Iñigo Pascual are officially reuniting for a new project!
According to a report by ABS-CBN News, the two young celebrities will be working together once again on a yet-to-be-disclosed film under Star Cinema. This comes a year after they starred in Pista Ng Pelikulang Pilipino 2019 entry, “I’m Ellenya L.”
This comes as a good surprise to fans of the former onscreen couple, who previously made headlines for failing to take their budding romantic relationship to the next level. In an interview on Tonight With Boy Abunda last July 2019, Maris admitted that Iñigo had broken her heart when they decided they couldn’t make it work between them. Iñigo publicly apologized to Maris two months after, during his guesting on Magandang Buhay.
The two clarified, however, that they are on good terms and have long since moved on from the heartbreak.
