Following the announcement of Quezon City, Marikina lifts their liquor ban. Though it’s citizens can now purchase liquor and any alcoholic beverages, Mayor Marcy reminded the people of Marikina to observe proper and safety protocols.
Marikina’s Ordinance No. 64 series of 2020 modifies the Liquor Ban during their Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.
Drinking in public places and restaurants or bars is still not allowed and the public is advised to consume alcoholic drinks inside their homes.
