The UP Manila Junior Marketing Association (UPM JMA) will be holding MAKE YOUR MONEY MOVE: Progressing Towards A Digital Future on November 15, 2018, 1 PM to 5 PM, at the SentroOftalmologico José Rizal Auditorium. Make Your Money Move is a financial management seminar for young adults in today’s fast-paced digital age. UPM JMA continues to make it happen for students of UP Manila by bringing them a functional project that hones their knowledge and skills on handling their finances.
“Being financially wise can still be a daunting and confusing task to some, especially young adults who are figuring out their life goals,” says Rovinna Yap, President of the UP Manila Junior Marketing Association. “Make Your Money Move was created for people my age to possess valuable knowledge about money that will surely help them in the years to come–especially now that we’re slowly transitioning into a cashless society.”
Four esteemed speakers who have an impressive knowledge of their respective financial fields are set to talk in the seminar. It has four subtopics, going from the general to the specific: financial literacy, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the Philippines as a cashless society through the vision of LoyalCoin. The talks on each fascinating topic will be given by Professor Chadwick Co Sy Su, Ms. Keltine Tan, Mr. Franco Dagelet, and Mr. Ike Tuazon, respectively.
