A couple of days after Typhoon Lawin (Haima) struck the Northern Philippines, Vice President Leni Robredo visited Cagayan to assess the damages and bring relief to all those who were affected.
Robredo met with Cagayan Governor Manuel Mamba and other local officials to assess the devastation caused by the typhoon and to determine what help is needed by the victims.
After her visit in Cagayan, Robredo headed to Ilagan, Isabela.
