Since we all miss going to the cinema, McKinley Hill found a way for us to enjoy a long-overdue movie date with their new float-in cinema.
McKinley Hill’s iconic Venice Grand Canal will hold a float-in cinema where two persons can enjoy a gondola ride, a movie, popcorn, and water.
Movies will be projected on a 12mx6.7m giant screen while the audio will be connected through earphones in the gondolas.
As safety is still a top priority, they are implementing a maximum of 2 customers per gondola, wearing masks, contactless ordering system, foot bath, temperature check, hand sanitation and disinfecting of gondolas before and after each use.
