A lot of countries have had different approaches to the pandemic and COVID-19. Many testing centers all over the world require those who have recently flown in from abroad to be tested in case they brought the virus home with them. One Korean multimedia maker, HyoJin Park (@hyojinandtonic on Twitter) showed everyone the process in South Korea where she broke down step by step what she went through while being tested.
Check out the thread below:

Alongside the testing, HyoJin and the other people who were tested received care packs, complete with thermometer, mask, and even a guidebook to managing stress. A biohazard bag was also provided for all their trash, in case they were harboring the virus, even without symptoms.
I also received a care package of sorts complete with masks and a thermometer. I am supposed to put my trash in the biohazard plastic bag. It also came with a guidebook on managing stress. pic.twitter.com/SWqLyqvEfe

Even food care packages were sent to her in case she would run out during quarantine.

She received a letter from city hall that read “We are sending this care package to those having to quarantine due to COVID-19 in the hopes that it will ease some of the discomfort during this time. We know that it’s not easy but stay strong and take care.”
