I’ve realized that one of the aspects of cooking that takes up most of my preparation time is slicing, dicing, and mincing my ingredients. Maybe it’s because I don’t have enough practice with it yet, or I’m just not yet that skilled to breeze through dicing and mincing ingredients such as garlic and onion.
So, I was excited to learn about food choppers—particularly this one from Camel.
This food chopper is definitely heavy-duty. I was admittedly intimidated by the super sharp blades (which were safely stored with blade covers) but it definitely looked like it could handle anything I’d need in the kitchen.
The food chopper also featured a sturdy glass container for chopping up ingredients.
Of course, I had to try it out right away.
This food chopper was extremely easy to set up. It definitely makes sense to use this nifty gadget every time you have to cook in the kitchen.
So, I washed my ingredients and put them all in the food chopper. After plugging it into a power socket, I pressed and held the power button for about five seconds. And just like that, I had perfectly minced garlic ready to be used and can last me for the whole week.
I found that having this food chopper on hand also allowed me to easily prepare meals ahead of time!
This food chopper is definitely recommended if you want to save time in the kitchen.
