Ssoluz Cafe and Studio is a newly-established family business in Rizal. They share with WhenInManila.com that they initially just wanted to open up their own coffee shop, but since cafes have been popping up all over the greater Metro Manila, they decided to add their own twist to it.

Once, when they wanted to secure a slot from another self-shoot studio in the Metro. But because that studio was already fully booked, this family just decided to open up their own! They even proudly shared that it only took them 3 weeks to officially open the cafe and studio. Talk about fast-tracking!

Upon our visit to Ssoluz Cafe and Studio, it’s easy to notice how spacious their place is. They’ve got minimalist industrial-style interiors that make the vibe of the cafe super classy. There is also enough space in the cafe for a couple of groups. They even offer an alfresco dining area out in their balcony which will be expanded soon.

The Self-Shoot Studio

Their self-shoot studio is straightforward and easy to use once they’ve explained how things work. The studio has three different backdrops (brown, black, and white), enough lights to accentuate your features, stools that you can use for a variety of poses, a monitor, and a professional camera.

We love the privacy of their self-shoot studio. It really is a great place to take professional photos if you’re someone who doesn’t enjoy being in front of the camera. We also quickly realized that 15 minutes is a lot of time to take so many photos. After a while, we were running out of poses for the camera!

After our studio time, we were also given time to choose photos to be printed on our chosen layout. We were really happy with how the photos turned out. Having so much privacy and being able to take photos at our own pace really brought out so much better photos than being awkward in the normal photo studios.

The Cafe

Their cafe offers a full range of espresso-based drinks, chocolate drinks, and a variety of iced teas. A light meal with their refreshing drinks is the perfect way to end a quick photography session, especially if posing in front of the camera got you exhausted.

They also have a menu of pasta, sandwiches, pastries, and cakes. Their pasta was super filling and so flavorful—we especially loved the Carbonara and the Nachos.

With such a classy and chill vibe in their cafe, it’s not a surprise if you actually spend a lot more time than you intended after your self-shoot photo session. This place really combines experience, great food, and an atmosphere that encourages great conversation with your friends and loved ones.

Overall, Ssoluz Cafe and Studio is the all-in-one hangout place you should check out if you’re tired of just eating around in various cafes and restos. With your visit to Ssoluz Cafe and Studio, not only do you get to enjoy good food and drinks, but you also get to experience the trending self-shoot studio and bring home souvenirs from the fun experience!
