LOOK: These jeepney drivers are asking for help after losing their livelihoods

The quarantine has hit many of us hard, especially those who rely on their day-to-day wages to get by.

Some of these people who have been majorly affected are jeepney drivers, especially since they can’t operate during these trying times. Many of them have taken to the streets to beg, with signs explaining their plight. Many of them have families to feed and are scraping just to get by.

If you want to help out these jeepney drivers, please view the thread below with ways to donate and help out.

The LTFRB still has not approved jeepneys on the road, causing the drivers to take to the streets to beg, increasing their chance of contracting the virus. But their family and their needs are becoming more and more urgent as time passes without them returning to work.

Hopefully, we can help out in any way we can, whether it’s donating a little bit of our money or just spreading the word.
