The president is currently at the National Convention Center in Vientiane, Laos for the 29th ASEAN retreat.
According to the Presidential Communications page, who posted the photo on Facebook, the retreat has “points of discussion (that) include the Philippines’ stand on the West Philippine Sea as well as crucial regional issues concerning all parties such as disaster management, maritime security, transnational crime, and drug matters.”
