Pregnancy isn’t going to stop Solenn Heussaff from keeping her body in perfect shape!
On Instagram stories, Solenn shared that she hasn’t stopped working out since confirming her pregnancy because she’s always been active. “Loving prenatal yoga classes in YouTube. I uphill walk/run in the gym. Boxing without getting hit obviously. Swimming,” she said, enumerating the different exercise activities she’s been doing.
She also made a point to advise moms-to-be to always seek their doctor’s opinion on everything they can or cannot do while pregnant instead of listening to the opinions of other people. “Again don’t listen to the millions of things people have to say. Ask your OB, read up on pros and cons, and listen to your doctor.”
As a bonus, she showed everyone her baby bump at 5 months!
Solenn announced her pregnancy on Instagram on August 10. On her personal blog, she revealed why she and husband Nico Bolzico took their time to have a child. “Our choice was to do it when we were ready, not when books or the internet or our family or other people said so. When you want to have kids, if you even want to have kids, is your choice,” she said.
