Actress-model Sam Pinto has welcomed her first child with husband Anthony Semerad as revealed in a post shared by the basketball player on his Instagram page on Wednesday, September 1.
“I’m officially a Dad! So proud of you baby [Sam], you were amazing! Hello, Mia Aya Semerad,” he wrote in the caption.
The picture shows their newborn daughter holding onto a finger.
Many of their family and friends jumped into the comments to congratulate the two for welcoming their new bundle of joy and wish them luck in this new chapter of their lives.
Sam and Anthony married in a simple civil ceremony at Conrad Manila last March. Sam shared photos from their beautiful wedding with the caption, “Forever has a nice ring to it.”
“Not really a cheesy type of person buuuutttt I promise to spend the rest of my decades with you! I am so ready for our future to rock our world @anthonysemerad,” she continued.
Anthony, meanwhile, shared the same set of photos as he expressed his excitement for this new chapter in their lives.
“I’m a married man! Excited for this new journey with you Mrs. Semerad,” he wrote in the caption of his post.
Anthony proposed to Sam during a trip to Australia in August 2019 where they celebrated their first anniversary. They plan to hold a “semi bigger wedding” with loved ones by the end of the year.
