The Club will be located at the Calauag Bay in Taytay Palawan, just a few hours away from Puerto Princesa International Airport. The island will be developed by the Seaside Premier Development Corporation and is one of the most sought after projects in the province to date.
If you are thinking this will disrupt the beauty of the province, the resort vows to be eco-luxurious with the use solar panels as a source of renewable energy, utilize recycled water treatment system, maximize a hydroponic garden, and take advantage of other eco-materials available.
Aside from the water villas, Avara will have a yacht for its members use. It will have two bedrooms with crew for an overnight stay or for cruising around the island and nearby areas. Avara’s yacht features two cabins and a family room in the lower deck; a living room, a kitchen and dining area, and a plunge pool in the main deck; and an open dining space and a sun deck in the fly bridge. This is a great option for those who wants to go around different islands or for those who are up for a little adventure.

Aside from the luxurious accommodations, Avara will have a gym, water sports center, tennis court, golf course, poolside bar, a seaside bar and lounge, picnic areas, and private dining venues. Members can also put up businesses within the resort as concessionaires.
Avara is set to open its shores in 2020.
