Facebook is reportedly rolling out a new feature that’s made exclusively for college students.

News about this was discovered by Hong Kong-based hacker, Jane Manchun Wong, who revealed it on Twitter a few days ago. She said that the feature was going to be called “Campus” wherein students will have to log in using their “.edu” email addresses and connect with other students within their campus.

The site will also have Campus groups, Campus events, and more.

Of course, it’s unknown whether this will be launched to the public in the future. But if it does, it will definitely be a throwback for some to Facebook’s origins as a networking platform for Harvard University students. Now, Facebook has evolved into the social media platform it is today, with nearly 2.5 billion active monthly users from all around the world.
