The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority posted on their Facebook page a photo of their employee who we deem to have one of the longest times of service with the agency.
Romeo “Mahal” Baltazar is said to be with the MMDA for 40 years now.
The MMDA said that he is very hardworking. Mahal experienced becoming a sweeper and environmental police to keep the streets clean.
Today, he is a construction foreman to aid in road widening, sidewalk improvements, and footbridge construction.
