Mikee Misalucha is a Filipino singer-songwriter who made her recording debut in 2018 with her EP Highs and Lows. She is currently signed under OPENDOOR MANAGEMENT, managed by actor-singer, Guji Lorenzana. Mikee was nominated for Wish Ballad Song of the Year in Wish 107.5 Music Awards 2018, Best R&B Recording, Best Collaboration and Best Inspirational Recording in the AWIT AWARDS 2019 and R&B Album of the Year and R&B Artist of the Year in the 11th PMPC Star Awards for Music in 2019 and recently nominated for BEST R&B RECORDING in the 33rd Awit Awards 2020.

‘just forget’ is about someone wanting to ease the pain of a break up by trying to forget everything that was once thought to be in their life forever. But in reality one can’t really forget everything that was felt. But instead, letting go and making new memories so one can move on from that pain. In the music video, there are symbols where we see that regardless of the pain felt, there are still good memories that one can keep and learn from. Mikee was able to finish writing ‘just forget’ in a span of 5 hours and immediately had timothy Run (Timothy Marquez) who was the perfect producer to produce it.
On August 14, 2020, Mikee Misalucha released her quarantine style music video for her single, “just forget” on her YouTube Channel which was art directed and edited by Mina Aglipay.
