LOOK: Microsoft has officially killed Internet Explorer

Starting November 2020, Microsoft will stop supporting and stop updating their 25-year-old browser, Internet Explorer.

The browser has been made fun of for years because of how slow it was, its poor security, and overall meme status. People wondered why it was still around despite how people found it practically obsolete in the face of newer, quicker, and more secure browsers. The only time many people used it, apparently, was when it was the default browser in order to download a different one, which is sad in itself.

Well, Microsoft is officially killing it starting this November and it will officially lose all support and be shut down by this time next year.

It will instead be replaced by a new browser called Microsoft Edge, which promises more features than Internet Explorer.

I remember my first ever Internet Explorer virus, do you?
