Mike Colter, the star behind the Netflix series Luke Cage, is in the Philippines for the Asia Pop Comic Con.
He had some time to travel around Metro Manila. While doing this, he stumbled upon a particular store in Pasay City.
He shared this on Instagram.
He posted a photo with a caption:
“Hmmm. I am hungry. This looks like a good cafe. What could possibly go wrong?????”
The acronym KKK stands for the Ku Klux Klan in the United States. KKK is a white supremacist group that executed terror activities and other crimes against African Americans.
People commented on Mike’s post about the different definition of KKK in the Philippines. In the country, KKK means “Kataas-taasan, Kagalang-galangan, Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan,” an organization that headed a revolution that lead to our country’s independence from Spain in the 19th century.
