While some of us are gaining weight during the quarantine, there are those who are sticking to their fitness goals and working towards their dream body. Korina Sanchez is one of them.

On Instagram, the journalist shared how she was able to stay fit while in lockdown. She said, “Just to report to you: from 118 days since Day One of lockdown on March 17. 121 lbs pre-COVID, down to 110 lbs in 2 months. And I’ve been able to MAINTAIN  (that’s the REAL challenge). 20-50g carbs daily ONLY. Swimming. 5 lb weights.”

She also had some encouraging words for those who want to achieve their fitness goals. Sanchez said, “Kaya mo rin yan!”
