Joshua Garcia just made JoshNella fans everywhere happy after he gleefully posted a picture with his former “The Killer Bride” love team partner, Janella Salvador, after they reunited on the set of their new show, “Darna: The TV Series.”
Joshua, who is set to play a police officer in the much-awaited ABS-CBN show, made his caption simple and sweet. “Reunited,” he succinctly said.
Janella, meanwhile, expressed her joy in getting to work with him again. “Nice to see you again, mister,” she replied in the comments.

Janella will be starring in “Darna” as the titular heroine’s arch-nemesis Regina, a lawyer and a vlogger who will then be cursed with venomous snakes for her hair and transform into the villain Valentina.
Many fans trooped to the comments to gush over the picture especially after knowing that Joshua had previously admitted to having had a crush on her. The clip, taken from a Truth or Dare challenge with Zanjoe Marudo and Daniel Padilla, went viral online which prompted Janella to share her thoughts on it and to reveal that she already knew.
“Sinabi na naman niya ‘yon sa akin dati. Noong ‘Killer Bride’ pa, he told me at nakita ko din ‘yung ibang interviews niya dati. So napag-usapan na namin ‘yon ni Joshua,” Janella admitted to Ogie Diaz in his YouTube vlog last January 27.
[Translation: “He already told me before. When we were still taping for “The Killer Bride,” he told me and I also learned about it while watching his interviews. So Joshua and I have already talked about it.”]
She also said that they’ve remained “very good friends” and expressed hope that Joshua would eventually find the happiness he deserves.
“Magiging masaya rin si Joshua. Deserve niya ‘yun. (Joshua will eventually be happy. He deserves it),” she said.
Janella is currently in a relationship with Markus Paterson with whom she has a child, Jude. “Darna” is her comeback TV project after taking a break from showbiz to give birth.
