Just last week, actor Josh Brolin announced that he would be joining the Deadpool sequel as Cable. Now, the actor is sharing his first photos in character, and we got it for you below:
Okay, so the photos don’t reveal much, but we loved the first movie so much that we’re anticipating all kinds of news related to the sequel. Shooting is reported to start on June 19 to September 18.
Brolin will be playing Cable, the mutant son of Cyclops and Jean Grey’s clone Madelyne Pryor. The character first appeared in The New Mutants #86 in February 1990, followed by a full appearance in the following month’s issue. He has the power of telepathy, telekinesis, and technopathy, and is an excellent marksman with a cybernetic enhancement. One of his most prominent features is a scar across his face.
Apart from Cable, Brolin is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Mad Titan Thanos, where the actor will be portraying him in four films.
Deadpool 2 is set to premiere sometime in 2018.
