James Reid is currently selling his house at the Loyola Grand Villas in Katipunan, and fans are wondering if it’s the home he shared with his ex-girlfriend, Nadine Lustre.
James has not confirmed it, but Instagram photos from Nadine’s feed match some of the features in the home, which can be seen on the actor’s Instagram Story.

A column by Ricky Lo published last month also said that the actress has moved to a “rented unit in a posh Makati condo.”
James described the home as a 1,000 sq.m. three-floor unit with seven bedrooms. It features large, open space living areas, two large kitchens, a recording studio, a lap pool, fully-equipped gym, and a six-car garage.
The post also said that the house and lot are appraised at P82 to P85 million.
