The long-running television series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” is welcoming another celebrity to the family and fans are starting to speculate that it’s going to be none other than Sharon Cuneta!
Rumors that Sharon is joining the show came to light after Dreamscape Entertainment teased in a Twitter post on November 2 that it is bringing a “MEGA” surprise to all its viewers very soon.
“Sa pagpapatuloy ng [ika-anim] na anibersaryo ng ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’ siguradong MEGAganda pa ang gabi niyo!” it said in a Tweet with the word “Mega” written in all caps and a golded font color.
[Translation: “As we continue to celebrate the sixth anniversary of ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,’ it’s guaranteed that your evenings will be made MEGA beautiful!”]

Fans were quick to guess that they’re referring to Sharon in the teaser as she is also known by all as the “Megastar.” The announcement was then met with excitement especially by those who couldn’t wait to see what the veteran actress had to offer to the action series.
This would be Sharon’s first-ever television soap with ABS-CBN Network. Prior to this, her only television show was “Madam Chairman” which ran from October 2013 to February 2014 on TV5.
