The house of international boxing legend Manny Pacquiao is now listed at a whopping 2 billion pesos!
Located in the country’s most exclusive subdivision, Forbes Park, the 5-Bedroom house sits on a 1,525 sqm (that’s around 5 basketball courts) land. The land values alone could already go for 500,000/sqm in the village and there’s pretty much none available in the market at the moment.
It was first reported in 2011 that Manny Pacquiao bought his mansion at Php388 Million from former RCBC president Lorenzo Tan. The boxing legend doesn’t only win inside the ring, but he’s been making very good investments, too.
Land values in this village have soared considerably since bottoming around 25,000-30,000/sqm in the early 2000s during the Asian Financial Crisis. Thanks to the development of Bonifacio Global City and our bullish market, this area has enjoyed a good increase over the past 15 years.
