LOOK: Heart Evangelista and furbaby Panda prepare for COVID-19

Fashion icon Heart Evangelista recently showed off her beloved pet, Panda, all ready to face the threat of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

She shared a photo of her furbaby on Twitter last March 7. Panda adorably had a face mask pulled over his snout with his eyes barely peeking over it.

Heart captioned it: “Kaya natin toh.” [We can do this.]

(PSA: Canine Coronavirus Is NOT The Same As Coronavirus Disease)

Panda was also accessorized with a thick band of pearls as a collar and a trendy scarf.

Heart has been a well-known animal lover and advocate, always promoting proper love and care towards animals. She especially champions the act of adoption — Panda is, after all, a rescued aspin!

Aside from the animal welfare facility she put up in Sorsogon, Heart also rescued and looked after some animals affected by the Taal Volcano eruption.
