Assorted Sushi (Php 800)
Haitatsushi offers a simple and no-frills menu while also adding twists to the basic flavors. Their assorted sushi set is worth the splurge as there is a mix of well-known and new flavors. It consists of California Roll, Tuna Cream Cheese Roll, Salmon and Scallop, Roll Ebi, and Wagyu Roll. It is perfect when you want a taste of everything “sushi”. Sounds good, right?
Wagyu Cubes Roll (Php250)
Aside from their assorted sushi, they also have other flavors such as Salmon and Uni Roll, Foie Gras and Steak Roll, and Mackerel Sushi.
Tuna Sashimi (Php200)
Aside from sushi, Haitatsushi also offers a sashimi menu. And they taste fresh and great! (But we must admit, we have a soft spot for the Salmon Sashimi.)

While the spotlight is on their sushi, Haitatsushi also offers a variety of affordable Japanese meals. Their Rice Bowls are definitely must-tries. Their Wagyu Rice Bowl consists of rice with wagyu cubes, egg, and cheese which is sure to fill your tummy. They also offer a Poke Bowl—the Hawaiian staple with a Japanese touch. It is topped with salmon, tuna, kani, cucumber, nori, mango, caviar and roasted sesame dressing. The Burger Onigiri is packed with rice, beef burger, red onion, cucumber and glazed with teriyaki sauce, so you can eat it on the go.
