Like many of us, Linck has been working from home for a while now. However, Linck’s team spices things up with a themed day everyday where they win prizes for the best outfit. The incentive really makes them work extra hard on their costumes. Check out some of their creative costumes here:
“We do this as a form of team building and to make work more fun and exciting,” he shares. “Since work from home can get really boring, why not add some spice into it?”
Linck highly recommends doing a theme day when working from home as it brings out a person’s creativity and their ability to be resourceful. “Unleash your creativity while you’re at home where no one’s judging. And just stay home and stay safe,” he adds.
