Former Volleyball star-turned-television host Gretchen Ho just marked her 30th birthday last week with the launch of her new website aimed to celebrate and empower all women amid a public health crisis.

Her project, titled “Women In Action,” was inspired by her own life motto. “It started out as a line that could perfectly describe who I am and everything that I do, to being the tagline that motivates me to be a ‘Woman of Action’,” she shared on her Instagram post.
“Every time I get discouraged or feel helpless, I just remind myself that I AM a #WomanInAction, and that gives me strength. I just need to focus on my next step. After all, we are changed by WHAT WE DO, and the world is transformed through ACTION.”
She dedicates her site to those who want to find a safe space to share their stories, especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic. “I’ll be writing about my journey, as well as the stories of other people worth featuring. YOUR stories can get featured on “Gretchen’s Feed” too, and even across all my social media sites, or even on TV,” she added.
“Feel free to play around. Make it your home. Let’s all be real-life superheroes,” she ended her post.
