A few months ago, Hungarian artist Dudolf confounded the Internet asking netizens to find the panda in a sea of snowmen. After a few days, he created a tougher challenge, where he asked the Internet to find the cat in a sea of owls. The challenge then spawned other challenges, asking netizens to find pandas mixed with black metal artists, in an optical illusion, and in a vintage photo.
Right in time for Oscar season, mental_floss was inspired by the series of challenges that they asked artist Mike Rogalski to create an illustration with a hidden Oscar statuette in a crowd of Star Wars‘ character C-3PO. It’s a much tougher challenge, so tough that this had to check the comments section for a clue!
