LOOK: Dunkin’ to release 2 cereals inspired by coffee drinks

Famous for their donuts, Dunkin’ seems to be exploring a different food locale— cereals.

On Dunkin’s website, the donut maker teamed up with a food manufacturer Post Cereals in concocting two coffee drink-inspired cereals— Caramel Macchiato and Mocha Latte.

The post elaborated on what the cereals will be:

Post Dunkin’ Caramel Macchiato cereal is brought to life with crunchy cereal pieces and caramel-swirled marshmallows, creating the deliciously indulgent taste of the layered iced coffee beverage. Post Dunkin’ Mocha Latte cereal features a hint of chocolate and latte-swirled marshmallows in honor of its namesake espresso. The new cereals contain very small amounts of caffeine, roughly a 10th of a cup of coffee, so all can indulge in the rich coffee-forward experience.

Post Cereals shared a video on their Instagram about these Dunkin’ cereals.

At the end of the video, it was revealed that the new cereals will be released in the US in August 2020.

Meanwhile, in the Philippines, there no word yet when these will be available locally.
