Netizens can’t help but wonder if celebrity couple Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica have broken up after seeing cryptic posts on Kylie’s Instagram account.
On her Instagram Stories, Kylie shared a post that read “More selflove, babygirl” and another long text post that talked about finding happiness in being alone.
“The capacity to be alone is the capacity to love. It may look paradoxical to you, but it’s not,” the post read. “It is an existential truth: only those people who are capable of being alone are capable of love, of sharing, of going into the deepest core of another person, without possessing the other, without becoming dependent on the other, without reducing the other to a thing, and without becoming addicted to the other. They allow the other absolute freedom, because they know that if the other leaves, they will be as happy as they are now. Their happiness can’t be taken by the other, because it is not given by the other.”
Netizens were also able to screencap a photo that Kylie uploaded of herself with the caption “Free.” It is now deleted.
Meanwhile, one of Aljur’s latest posts on Instagram was of him holding a rosary in the car. “Prayed the rosary on the road. Been praying for a while. The power of prayer is real. Brought peace and clarity,” he said.
He then thanked his brother Vin in the post.
Kylie and Aljur married in December 2018 and share two sons, Alas Joaquin, 3, and Axl Romeo, 1.
