Having a job that involves asking for people’s names or email addresses isn’t always easy, especially since there are so many different and unique spellings nowadays. Plus, some people simply do not enunciate well; while on the flip side, some people have poor listening skills.
Ana Marcial, a collections officer at a telecommunications company, knows the struggle all too well.
