60-year-old veteran actor Cesar Montano has earned his master’s degree in Public Safety Administration, a milestone that he shared with family, friends, and followers on his Instagram page.
In his post, Montano posed with his diploma from the Philippine Public Safety College which he received during his graduation last week.
“Congrats to all my classmates in MASTER IN PUBLIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION (MPSA )! Mabuhay ang HAPSAY CLASS 2022-24! Mabuhay ang Phil.Public Safety College (PPSC)! Mabuhay ang DILG! Mabuhay ang Pilipino!” he wrote in the caption.

Montano is one among the 47 graduates in his class which reportedly included police officials, jail officers, fire officers, and coast guard commanders, among others.
In a Facebook live video, Montano shared that he also received a bronze medal and certificate for Best in Policy Paper for his work titled “Arts as Instrument of Drug Rehabilitation: A Policy Recommendation.”
The actor took his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Lyceum of the Philippines where he graduated in 2009.

Just last month, Montano attended his daughter Sam’s graduation from De La Salle Santiago Zobel with Sunshine Cruz.
