Artist AG Saño paid tribute to medical frontliners by painting the superhero Darna as a medical frontliner. Angel Locsin, one of the actresses who have taken on the role, shared photos on Instagram and wrote a touching message.

She said of the mural, called Hero in Disguise, “The artwork aims to pay tribute to the healthcare workers in the COVID-19 frontlines. To our brave frontliners, Kayo po ang real-life superheroes and thanking you for your selfless service isn’t just enough. Maraming-maraming salamat sa inyo. Isang malaking karangalang maging inspiration mo sa pagpinta, AG Saño, at salamat sa patuloy na pagbibigay ng inspirasyon through your artwork.”
