Honestly, I just realized this after reading through V Kitchen ‘s FAQs. This is just one the MANY benefits of being vegan/vegetarian. You’ll weigh less and you’ll burn more. I wasn’t really focusing on losing weight but I after the program I felt lighter and less bloated. I was more energized and peaceful throughout the day. I also felt satisfied with my new found conscious lifestyle with V Kitchen.

Day three: Organic Vegan Dark Chocolate Oatmeal, Caesar Salad, Vegetable Fritters, Shepherd’s Pie

Day four: Vegan Cookie Butter Brekkie Muffins, Veggie Burritos (ANOTHER FAVORITE), Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Chia Banana Pudding, Surprise Snack (Brekkie Muffin) & Mexican Rice bowl

This delicious Veggie Burrito was ginormous but I finished it without feeling guilty.

 

5. It grows on you. 

Pardon the pun but it’s true! V Kitchen ‘s vegan and vegetarian food program doesn’t only makes it convenient for you to live a healthy lifestyle but it will instill in  you a habit that makes you more conscious of what you eat and the ingredients you use.  V Kitchen uses fresh ingredients and they use herbs straight from their own organic herb garden so everything they serve is good for your body.

Day five: Vegan Apple Swirls, Wild Mushroom Pizza, Soy-glazed Fried Cauliflowers and Korean Chapchae Noodles

 Day five was both a happy and sad experience. I knew I conquered the program but I was afraid I might go back to my unhealthy eating habits.

 

I am now on my third day of not being under the loving hands of  V Kitchen but it’s been pretty good for me. I haven’t eaten anything processed. I haven’t eaten beef or pork, only chicken and fish (baby steps). And I have eaten way more veggies than I did before. Maybe after a few weeks, I can be in tip top shape! I just have to discipline myself. #thinkpositive

 A bonus: My sixth realization is that THERE IS ALWAYS A HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE.
