‘Legends of the Hidden Temple’ is Now Looking for Adults to Take On the Challenge

The iconic game show that aired on Nickelodeon back in the day, Legends of the Hidden Temple, is now on a hunt for willing adults who want to take on the challenges of stone head Olmec and mark their place in history as the very first legends of the game in this new era.

Quibi, the mobile streaming service where Legends of the Hidden Temple will premiere, released a casting call for its upcoming show online, the details of which will be sent to interested participants who enter their email addresses to the Quibi.com site with their chosen teammates by March 13.

Quibi has described the revival as a “supersized, reimagined version” of the show and will feature many of its original elements, including the Temple Run and the Moat Crossing. Olmec, of course, will still be there to “oversee” the challenges.

The original Legends of the Hidden Temple ran from 1993 to 1995 and featured contestants within the age range of 11 to 14 years old. We can expect that a lot of young adults who grew up watching the show on Nickelodeon will be signing up to join this revival!
