The series stars two powerhouse names in Korean entertainment, Lee Jung-jae (Squid Game, The Acolyte, Hunt) and Lim Ji-yeon (The Glory, Lies Hidden in My Garden). This fresh rom-com takes viewers inside the glamorous yet chaotic world of showbiz, blending witty satire with swoon-worthy romance.

Nice to Not Meet You follows the unlikely pairing of Lim Hyeon-jun (Lee Jung-jae), a veteran actor who has been playing the same detective character for years. Despite his fame, he longs to prove himself in a deeper, more emotional role.

Meanwhile, Wi Jeong-sin (Lim Ji-yeon) is a fearless political journalist suddenly reassigned to cover the entertainment beat. Uninterested in celebrity gossip, she unexpectedly crosses paths with the actor she’s reluctant to write about.

What begins as a clash of personalities slowly transforms into a hilarious and heartwarming story filled with charm, tension, and undeniable chemistry.

Directed by Kim Ga-ram (Good Partner, Nevertheless) and written by Jung Yeo-rang (Doctor Cha), Nice to Not Meet You promises a refreshing mix of humor, heartfelt storytelling, and a clever peek behind the curtain of the entertainment industry.

This title joins a lineup of K-dramas and global hits on Prime Video, including Confidence Queen, GOOD BOY, The Divorce Insurance, Jinny’s Kitchen 2, Marry My Husband, Reacher, and The Boys.

At just ₱149 per month, Prime Video lets members watch thousands of shows and movies anytime, anywhere—on TV, laptop, or mobile devices. Plus, you can download episodes to watch offline at no extra cost.
