Started in 2015, Frederick Agustin’s Digital Photography Seminar/Workshop is an affordable, fun and easy way to learn photography for everyone. If you’re a beginner or you are looking for a refresher course; from photography’s technical aspect to its creative side – this event will empower and inspire participants to take stunning photos with a Digital SLR camera, point-and-shoot cams or even phone cams.
Here is the course outline of the Seminar/Workshop:
PART 1 – Seminar
What is photography? | Basic camera parts and icons | Camera operation, handling, care | Different types of photography | Different types of lens and their use | – Camera accessories (tripod, flash, filters) | Basic Composition/Elements of Design | Exposure: adjusting Aperture, Shutter speed, ISO |Camera Meter | Basic flash photography |
PART 2 – Workshop
Photo Shoot Indoor and Outdoor | Tips, Sharing, Q & A | Awarding of Certificates.
Digital SLR camera is not a requirement for this Seminar/Workshop, but those who will bring their cameras (DLSR, Mirrorless, Digicams or Phone Cams) will be given hands-on tips in camera setup, as well as composition techniques. A photo shoot will be done in the afternoon for all participants to apply the concepts learned. Certificates will be given to all attendees at the end of the event.
The event will take place on MAY 6, 2017, Saturday from 9AM to 5PM at the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas Campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The event is open to all – students, teachers, parents, professionals etc., with or without a Digital SLR camera (you may bring any camera, even cellphone cams).
The recently concluded Photography Seminar/Workshop last March 18, 2017 (Batch 1) was a success, as the first batch of participants enjoyed and learned a lot from the event.
