Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a goal. What kind of example will you set when leading a response to a corporate emergency, underscoring the seriousness of a crisis, moving people to act, or lifting morale? What you do, how you do it, and when you do it can help—or hurt—efforts to address any crisis situation.
This year’s UP Sandigan’s Leadership Summit: Marks of Leadership Through a Crisis aims to highlight the varying leadership roles among different areas of interest in an attempt to help the youth understand how these roles are significant in different situations. From leading through a legal crisis to a health crisis, and being an innovative leader during a crisis, Leadership Summit 2022 aims to aid the participants in synthesizing the different leadership roles, gaining insight and appreciation, and applying leadership skills essential for the given circumstances.
Let us broaden our horizons and appreciate the value of varying aptitude of leadership in different areas. Join us on April 30, Saturday at 1 pm via Zoom and YouTube! Register at bit.ly/LSMarks
