Deputy Speaker and Las Piñas Representative Camille Villar announced earlier today that residents of the city have a chance to win a brand new house and lot just by getting vaccinated for COVID-19. She wrote on her official Facebook Page: “Magandang balita mga Las Piñeros! Upang mahikayat ang ating mga kababayan na maging protektado at ligtas laban sa COVID-19, inihahandog po natin ang “May Bahay Sa Bakuna” Raffle Promo!” [Good news, Las Piñas City residents! To encourage our townmates to be protected and safe against COVID-19, we present the “May Bahay Sa Bakuna” Raffle Promo!]
Villar elaborated, “Bukas ang raffle para sa lahat ng residente ng Las Pinas edad 18 years old pataas, na nakatanggap na ng First Dose O Second Dose ng COVID-19 Vaccine.” [The promo is open for all Las Piñas City residents who are 18 years old and above, and have received their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.]
According to the congresswoman, the goal of the program is to emphasize the importance of getting vaccinated against coronavirus, that it is not only for themselves but also for their families. “Layunin ng programang ito ay maisulong na ang pagpapabakuna ay hindi lang para sa sarili—ito ay para din sa inyong pamilya,” Villar said.
The promo runs from June 4, 2021, to December 15, 2021, and there will be 10 winners every month who will get 5,000 pesos worth of “pangkabuhayan showcase.” On the grand draw, two lucky winners will each take home a motorcycle while the grand winner will get a brand new house and lot. To know more, see the embedded photo below:
